Let me share a little about me…

I was raised with Beirut in my blood, and these days I cook in a small Dubai kitchen where the pot never really stops simmering. Everything I make is the food I grew up on, the way my mother and my teta taught me — and there's nothing I love more than sharing it with you✨

Where I come from

I'm Lebanese, with Beirut roots and a family that measured love in how much you ate. I learned to cook the way most of us did back home — standing beside someone older and wiser, tasting as we went, rarely writing anything down.

A kitchen in Dubai

These days I cook in Dubai, in the little kitchen you've seen a hundred times behind me. It's where the old recipes get made again, where a quiet morning turns into soupe by lunch, and where all of this began.

What I hope you'll take

More than a recipe, I hope you take the feeling — that cooking can be slow, warm, and a little imperfect. Make it your own, feed someone you love, and tell me how it turned out🤍

Cooking was never really about the food. It is about the people you hand the plate to.
